GENERAL:
- Rashida Luxe is an online fashion store based in Pakistan
- We sell women's clothing, lawn suits, and accessories
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

ORDERS:
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or COD confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email

PRICING:
- All prices include applicable taxes
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Sale prices are only valid during the sale period

DELIVERY:
- We deliver across Pakistan only
- Delivery time is 3-5 business days
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000
- Standard delivery charges: Rs. 250

PAYMENTS:
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
- EasyPaisa and JazzCash payments accepted
- Payment must be made within 24 hours for online orders

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
