DELIVERY AREAS:
We deliver across all cities of Pakistan.

DELIVERY TIME:
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Remote areas may take 1-2 extra days

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Standard delivery: Rs. 250
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation
COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp call or message
Online payment orders are processed after payment verification

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order is dispatched, tracking number will be 
shared on your WhatsApp number
You can track your order via the courier website

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct
- Someone must be available to receive the order
- In case of failed delivery, courier will attempt 2 more times
- After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned
