Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Rashida Luxe. If something does not work out, we are here to help.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage by the customer cannot be exchanged.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number, the item you want to exchange, and what you would like instead. We will guide you through the process from there.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the same conditions as exchanges. Items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged when returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the cost and arrange a pickup or reimbursement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Stitched or customised garments that have been altered per your request.
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion.
- Jewellery and accessories that have been worn or handled in ways that affect hygiene or condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve this at our cost and as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on availability.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days. For bank transfer or mobile wallet payments, the money will be returned to the same source. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@rashidaluxe.com or reach us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your request. Please include photos if the item is damaged. We will respond promptly and guide you through every step.
