How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually receive orders faster. Remote areas may take a day or two longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Are the products original?
Yes, absolutely. All products listed on Rashida Luxe are 100 per cent original. We source directly from authorised distributors of Nishat Linen, Bonanza Satrangi, Kayseria, Al Karam, and other brands we carry. We do not sell replicas or copies.
What sizes do you carry in lawn suits?
Most of our unstitched lawn suits come in standard unstitched form, meaning you can get them stitched to your exact measurements. For ready-to-wear pieces, size details are listed on the product page. If you need help choosing, message us before ordering.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, we have an exchange and return policy. Please read our Exchange and Returns page for full details. In short, items must be returned unused and in original packaging within a specific time window. Sale items may have different conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD), online bank transfer, and major mobile payment options. Please visit our Payments page for a complete list of accepted payment methods.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to exchange it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to check your order status. You can also contact us if you need help tracking.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Rashida Luxe operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer better prices and a wider range of products compared to a physical store setup.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Do you offer discounts or sale prices?
Yes, we regularly run sales on selected items. You can see current sale prices on our product pages. Signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media is the best way to stay updated on deals.
