At Rashida Luxe, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This
page explains everything you need to know about delivery times, charges, and the cities we
currently serve.
Delivery Coverage We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore,
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Bahawalpur, and surrounding towns.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact our support team before placing your
order.
Delivery Time Orders within major cities typically arrive within two to three working days. Orders
to smaller towns or remote areas may take three to five working days depending on courier
availability in that region. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak sale periods or public
holidays.
Order Processing Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is processed and packed within 24 to
48 hours. You will receive a confirmation message before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges Orders above Rs 5000 qualify for free delivery. Orders below Rs 5000 carry a
flat delivery charge of Rs 250, which is calculated automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through
SMS or WhatsApp. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your
doorstep.
Delivery Attempts Our courier partners typically attempt delivery during regular working hours. If
you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt a second delivery or
contact you to arrange a convenient time.
Cash on Delivery and Shipping For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of
delivery along with any applicable shipping charges already included in your order total.
Delays While we aim to meet the delivery timelines mentioned above, factors such as weather
conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate
your patience in such situations and will keep you updated through WhatsApp if any delay affects
your order.
