Cash on Delivery (COD)

This is our most popular option. Place your order and pay in cash when it arrives at your door. COD is available for most areas across Pakistan. There are no additional charges for choosing this option.

Online Bank Transfer

You can pay directly through online banking. After placing your order, you will receive our bank account details. Transfer the amount and send us your payment confirmation. Orders paid via bank transfer are processed after payment is confirmed.

Mobile Wallets

We accept payments through popular Pakistani mobile payment platforms. Please contact us to confirm availability at the time of your order.

Payment Security

Payment Issues

If you face any issues while making a payment, please contact us immediately. Do not place multiple orders to try to resolve a payment problem, as this may result in duplicate charges. Reach out to us, and we will sort it out quickly.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5 to 10 working days using the same payment method you used. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
