Return & Refund Policy – Rashida Luxe

At Rashida Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS ACCEPTED IN THESE CASES:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Size significantly different from what was ordered
- Fabric quality issue or manufacturing defect found
- Color fading or color bleeding issue in fabric
- Stitching coming apart or loose threads on delivery

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IN THESE CASES:
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Product has been used or washed
- Tags have been removed
- Color variation due to screen/monitor display difference
- Sale or discounted items

IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLORS:
Actual fabric colors may slightly vary from screen display due to photography lighting. However, if color is significantly different or fabric shows color bleeding before first wash, we will accept the return.

RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. WhatsApp us at +92 311 7699 657 with your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. We will review and respond within 24 hours
4. Approved returns must be sent back within 5 days
5. Return shipping cost will be covered by Rashida Luxe in case of our error

REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued via EasyPaisa or JazzCash to your registered number
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
